My name is Bobbi and I'm the owner of Ride Mate and your driver to and from Cincinnati (CVG), Dayton (DAY) and Lunken (LUK) Airports.

From Australia to Ohio

My family and I immigrated to the US in 2018 and settled in south west Ohio.  When looking for something to do on a day to day basis, my husband reminded me that we've come all this way - do something that makes you happy!

I thought about what was important and what I valued, and knew that I needed to be out and about assimilating into my new area, creating connections with the American people and learning more about this fantastic new country I was living in.

My first two years were spent as a School Bus Driver for our local school district.  What a wonderful way to not only try something totally new, but to get to know the local community.  I absolutely loved that job, it brought tremendous value to my life.

In August 2021 I found myself needing to be more flexible, so transitioned in to my own private airport car service.  Although it was really hard leaving my bus kids, I soon realised I was finding similar joy in airport transfers; meeting the most wonderful people, having great conversations, often lots of laughs and learning more about the US.

​

Ride Mate is not just a job for me.  Being of service to you is part of my personal 'great American experience'.
